awesome, are you going to put the mask over the face or leave it that way? Turned out great!

the mask obscures too much of tthe eyes, so i plan to leave it that way. im a little dissapointed in the way the gun came out, i need some ideas on how to diffuse the light inside the gun barrel a little betterl

Try taking some scotch tape and putting it inside the barrel.

problem solved! got some red mylar .005 gauge at blicks, 4 bucks for more than youll ever need in you life. rolled it into a tube(not easy) and shoved it in the gun. made a world of difference, the led light is nicely diffused throughout. my be good to do if your lighting a cockpit. anyway for those of you wanting to do this, I recommend it be done before you glue the gun together. doing it as an afterthough was a frustrating exercise.

Hey! Stop stealing my ideas.

Model looks good dude. I'm going to use an acrylic rod on mine. Hopefully it works out otherwise I'll be asking you for some mylar.
