@skkipper -

Once this is offically released, and we have access to the entire document we will be able to see where this fits in context wise for AdeptiCon 2014.

Hank
Any word on the knights? I believe I would actually sign up for the exterminatus if they are allowed.
Thanks

Greg,

Issue at this point is the "new rules" cut off is March 3rd, and no codex was available for pre-order last week. The rules from the White Dwarf Weekly are not complete with regard to how they are to be fielded although that may clear that up with this weeks but it does not appear that a "codex" is going to be released before March 3rd. Based on what comes out this week, we will make a call. I would say Exterminatus and AdeptiCon Titanicus may be places for them to be allowed this year.

Hank
I only want to use them for exterminatus. The codex drops march 8. I know a week after the due date. There is really no other superheavy I could/want to buy to compete in the exterminatus. It appears they are fielded in groups of 1 to 3 as detachments. I guess I will just sign up and pull out if you rule against them.
Thanks

The codex misses the cutoff date. It is out. I was up to use them but it missed. If they get included in extreminus I will wish to get back into the championship since the march 3rd date was a firm rule put in place before tickets were sold for anything.

I'd advocate for maintaining the codex cutoff date as published, but since the Warhammer 40K Exterminatus event was a late add and since it is intended to 'allow everything', I can see an exception being made for that one event.

Hey Matt, Hank

Surely 2 or 3 Mortis Pattern Dreadnoughts is just as good? :wink:
