when should volunteers expect to hear back by?

I filled out a volunteer form when the registration site went live, and haven't heard back yet. Even a simple 'got your email' would be nice. When would I expect to hear anything about whether I'm wanted or not?

Alex,

I don't see your info in the Volunteer Responses on Google Drive. Go ahead and resubmit it when you have the chance. I have about a dozen or so people that entered info a few days after reg went live that I need to circle back around to and get assigned. I have a back log of draft rules right now, so Volunteer stuff will shortly follow the completion of those.
