I will most likely run Poland 1939 again as well as a Norway 1940 game to shamelessly push my product line!

That said i would have enough terrain to run a small tournament if that is a desire

Aaron,

Plug away man, I was hoping we might see some of those figs as prize support as well!

As for the terrain, yes I would love for you to bring it and help out. I am going to contact 4ground to see if they would like to help out as well as Warlord!

Can we totally derail the ancients forum and start army threads? For instance, what sort of forces are common up in WI? lots of allied players?

I wouldn't mind. My current army builds are 1000 points of Desert Rats based around 1 box of Perrys, an old Harlequin FO blister, 2 Warlord Bren Carriers and a Tamiya Crusader I. The other army is a US army based around a Warlord US 1000 point army box, and a lot of Harlequin US (Via BTD) infantry (got a platoon worth of infantry, a 81mm mortar and 3 .30 cal machineguns at 50% off)

I am playing in a league in Mke, that consists of 3 US, 2 Russians, 1 Brit, 1 Jap and 3 Germans. I only have us right now. Not sure what army I will do next. Jeff Gentz has US German and Brits. Chris Cortez up in the Green Bay area has Russians and Germans.

I will eventually be building up some germans using Gorgon Studios Gebirgsjagers as the primary infantry models at some point. That won't happen until the Brits and Americans are fully painted though.

i have been leaning towards a recon type japanese force. plastic box set from warlord sold me on the army. looking to use 2 of their tankettes in place of a medium armor option... that crazy?

I'm looking to jump onto the BA band wagon. Having an event to plan for would go a long way into making this happen. Hopefully you can get a commitment to running an event soon!

It's a fun game. I'm still learning the basics myself, haven't used any vehicles yet though that is going to be happening soon.

@tjski Have you thought about putting up and FYI on wwpd bolt action forums? Judge interest to let Hank know how much space we would need?

Just my 2 cents

Well once I hear from Hank, I was going to do that, as well as my local forum here in Phoenix and as well on the Warlord site. I just do not want to step on anyone's toes, I am not sure if there are other folks looking at doing the same thing.

I also will be hitting up a few folks and companies for terrain, I would like to do a table competition. We're folks can get together and build a tables worth of themed terrain for the event, we (the folks playing in the event) would then vote on the best looking table. I did this a few years ago for Gathering in the Desert and it was a huge hit.

Heck, I am even thinking of running GitD again for Bolt Action here in Phoenix, but we will see!

OK cool. I know the game is blowing up and it needs to be apart of Adepticon. Hopefully we will hear soon.
