Are you allowed to bring as many FW units that you want as long as they are all unique units? I.E. one teammate takes a heavy, another takes a fast attack and another takes a HQ and elite?

You may bring as many unique Forge World units as you want. A Team Member may even take multiple Forge World units as long as there are no duplicates anywhere on the Team.

The floating FOC choices don't have anything to do with Forge World units. They can be Forge World units if you choose, but you are not limited to just those floating slots.

Basically - anything on the Allowable Forge World and Apocalypse list under the TT entry is legal once per Team. There is no limit to the total number of Forge World units a Team may field.
