Good report... though you did sell yourself short in not mentioning the 3 rounds of courage tests for being broken that you also survived with the dragon. However to balance the good and bad, you also forgot to mention the FOUR dice it took to kill Bilbo as I recall as well.

The final tally was 7 dwarves remaining and all the nasty monsters were defeated!! Of course with Gandalf and Bilbo dying (as well as Thorin surviving), the entire course of history for Middle Earth changed!!

true, gandalf was pretty squishy and bilbo's mithril saved him far too easily. If i had backed off and used another fire blast on your weaker iron guard i think that would have turned the end tide a bit, my courage tests were pretty darn good.
