Epic Tourney January 29th @ The Bunker

When: Saturday January 29th 2011

Where: Downers Grove Battle Bunker

Cost: $5.00 for Prize Support (for sure this time, winner take all)

Rules: Epic Armageddon Rulebook with 2008 Erratta and FAQ

Painting: Not Required but bonus points will be awarded if the army is FULLY painted

Points: 5000

Army set up: You may pick a standard 5000 point army

Armies: Armageddon Rulebook, Swordwind, Black Legion, Lost and the Damned, Raiders 2.0(necron, minervan, and dark eldar), Most Current Tau list , Iyanden 3.4, Tyranids 9.2.1, The squats, War Gryphons 3.18

If someone wishes to use an army that is not listed PM me and I will let you know yes or no.

Tournament Set-up: We will be using the Tournament scenario in the Armageddon Rulebook, so please bring three objective counters.
Points will be awarded for Wins and Losses with possible Bonus points at each round. please bring 5 copies of your army list, one for you ,me and each of your opponents.

Scoring:
Massacre (5 or more Objectives) 16pts. win 0pts. lose
Major Victory (4 Objectives win) 14pts. win 4pts. lose
SolidVictory (3 Objectives and more than opponent) 12pts. win 6pts.lose
Minor Victory (2 objectives and more than opponent) 10pts. win 7pts.lose
Draw (Neither player has won after 4 turns or 2 hours) Both 8pts.

Schedule:
10:00am to 10:30 Check in and Set up
10:30am to Round 1:00
1:00 to 1:30 Lunch
1:45pm to 4:15 Round 2
4:45pm to 7:15 Round 3

5k sounds great and I can definitely do that size of a game, but not everyone can. Maybe make it 4k.
