Thursday Setup

Hello Everyone,

Well the time is near. AdeptiCon 2010 is now less than four days away. Everyone's hard work and dedication is coming down to this one point in time. To top everything, the hotel has given us a golden nugget. The Westin will have the tables in the majority of the Grand Ballroom setup late Wednesday evening. This means that we can start setup early on Thursday. That is the 90% of all 40K areas, registration and the prize support room. Great News!!!!!

So here's the scoop. A crew is planning to be at the hotel with a lot of the major supplies by 9:00 AM on Thursday, March 25th. We have a plan to coordinate setup throughout the day. Please come to the back of the Grand Ballroom for our central volunteer coordination hub. Ask for Brian Huttenga or Greg Sparks. For those who come early on Thursday morning, AdeptiCon will provide pizza and drinks for lunch. Overall - we look forward to seeing everyone there and appreciate any assistance that you may be able to offer.

I was planning on driving down as early as i can from Cheese head land. What is a good time to show up as i have no promblem helping you all setup the tables I was looking to be there around 7 to 8 am (just to be there early) and i can leave my stuff in my truck and just help out. So do you need me?

We may be able to start earlier than 9:00 AM. However, it all depends on how late everyone gets in on Wednesday night. As of right now, assume 9:00 AM just to be safe. You can get there earlier, which is completely fine. We can use the help early.
