Just a thought. Instead of printing out this Tome, if you have a labtop bring it. It says on the Westin site that there is free wireless in public areas. Hopefully if questions arise the exact answer will be in you hands.

The hotel is filling up very quickly. If you want to ensure that you have a room, I would recommend booking soon. Accounting for staff rooms, we only have about 14% of our total block left. At this point, we are not able to guarantee that we can add rooms once the block is filled.

I used to work at a hotel. If they are not booked totally yet, you can call and they should let you get in at the block rate even if the block is full.

While that is true, the problem becomes how close they are to being fully booked. In order to alleviate problems with the hotel determining when they are "willing" to add rooms or not (which we ran into last year and was one of the reasons we switched venues), we inserted a % capacity limit in the contract. If that % capacity is hit, getting additional rooms added will be slim to none.

Update - we have 12% of the rooms left in the block. At the current reservation rate, our block will be filled by mid to late next week.

I wouldn't wait for the chance that they will. While I'm sure its possible, its also just as likely they once the current block is full your SOL. If you know your going, reserve now. You can always cancel if something comes up I would imagine.
