To be honest, this list would fail at Ard Boys. To many goodies not enough bodies. Powerfists on Sang Priests?

Yes pred spam would work, one of the harder armies to beat out there IMHO.

You could probably free up some points by making your squads look like this

5x Assault Marines
Melta Gun
(Hand flamer or infernus if you want)
Razorback with Heavy flamers

Now you can take out tanks and have the heavy flamers on the razor backs to torch horde.

I still dont understand why you put the powerfist and power weapons in your squads. When you run the 5 man assault squads you arent really going to be charging stuff, and with only 5 guys the powerfist seems like a little too much for the unit. Scrap the fists and power weapons and look to put them elsewhere.

OH I WILL ASSAULT A LOT WITH THIS LIST. OTHER WISE THERE IS REALLY NO POINT TO THE RECLURIARCH, AND THE PRIEST IN THE LIST EITHER. SO YOU ARE PRETTY MUCH TELLING ME TO REWRITE THE WHOLE THING AND NOT GIVING POINTERS ON THE LIST. YOU MIGHT NOT ASSAULT WITH THIS ARMY BUT I WOULD. THE BAAL CLASS PREADATORS DO JUST FINE THINNING OUT THE HORDE NOT TO MENTION ALL THE RAZOR BACKS W/ HEAVY BOLTERS. NOW HEAVY FLAMERS DONT MAKE MUCH SENSE TO ME CONSIDERING YOU HAVE TO GET SO CLOSE TO USE THEM AND THEN GET THE CHANCE OF GETTING STUCK IN THE VEHICLE AND LOOSING THE SQUAD IN IT ON THE NEXT TURN IF YOU DONT DISEMBARK THEM. IF I WAS GOING TO MOVE UP AND GET OUT TO SHOOT WHY WOULD I TAKE ASSAULT TRPS. IT WOULD BE BETTER TO TAKE TAC MARINES FOR MORE SHOTS.

You wont get stuck in the vehicle man, thats old rules. As long as your hatches arent blocked you are fine. And the point of the heavy flamers would be because since you are blood angles you would be getting up close on turn 2. Those heavy flamers can kill a lot when you are that close.

And what is a squad of 5 marines with a power fist really going to do? That fist will be killed before it hits in combat. And I am not telling you to re write it, im just giving you ideas that I would use.

The nice thing about you last list is that 80% of your army can start in reserves. I have been starting my BA army in reserve for all of my games now and it works amazing. Reason being is that since the army has jump packs they can re-roll reserve rolls and have a greater chance of coming in when you need them. So you can start the game with 6 pred variants on the board and cause a lot of havoc.

That one priest with the powerfist will get shafted the minute it hits combat, you can single out ICs now and since he is hitting last, expect a power weapon to the face.

I feel with the Priests they should try and stay out of combat while still giving your squad the fnp buff.
