You can't really take Mephiston in a Drop Pod army. He is not an IC, so he can't join the squads in theirs, nor does he have the option to take one of his own.

Your right I didnt even catch that. just assumed I'll have to fix that list than.

But its mephiston. I played him against nids the other day and he tore up. Took out a Trygon and Mawloc in two turns.

oh Mephiston is awesome, but with out the IC rule he would be left on the table by himself. I will have to put him in a different list.

I think the marine one is the coolest but now that I really look at it the first looks the strongest... Not a fan of the Power fist on chap but its up to you lol

I got tired of losing characters to dreads and other things they couldn't touch. so now the chap has the ability to swing with a power fist or power weapon.

Something I cant believe bout the codex is that the sanguinor of the host and Mephiston don't have the IC rule.

I dont like scout armies... If ya want to play that then do tau... they do it better lol.

PF makes kind of sense now on the chappy... does he still have a bolt pistol though? And so you know it is a LOT harder to kill chrs with power fist then it used to be.

Here's why. new hand to hand rules state that if a model is in base contact with a enemy model then he has to swing on that squad. SO all you have to do is have one Death Company touch their sarge and he can't be picked.. BA huh?!?!?!?!?

oh and the two dudes dont have the IC rule because they are too BA. The lord of death has the dead on same stats of a Hive tryant... but Mephsiton is slightly better then it lol. So know you know why?

Actually its still easy to kill characters, as the rule is you attack against what your in base contact with, so if a sarge is base contact with a squad and an IC he can chosse where to swing.

yes but trust me playing... all you have to do is make your squad touch the sarge and then you IC anyone else and you're gold... I'll show ya man.

I've been playing the crap out of this edition... I'll show ya bro so people can't gip ya. Remember they have to move the first closest to closest then the ICs then all the rest of the models. just make sure when you charge something then make sure that that the IC is in the middle and not touching a power fist. lol and DONT remove the guy that you move into base with the power fist dude lol.
