2012 events rules and primers

I was wondering if there was going to be another set of primers and new rules/ changed rules this year and when they would be released.

Event rules will be made final shortly after the new year. At that point, there might be a few minor tweaks up until Feb 1st, but I would suspect that a majority of them or 100% complete even now.

Primers will be posted as events are run. Most of these occur in Jan and Feb.
