The rules for the team tournament on page 2 under "Magic Effects" says:
Beneficial spells may be cast on your friendly contingents. Special Racial effects or Race Spell Effect (Cauldron of Blood, Screaming Bell, etc…) affect both friendly and enemy models that are applicable. The list of ‘Beneficial Spells’ is available in the FAQ.

Where is this FAQ with the list of 'Beneficial Spells'?

Thanks.

The Team Tournament rules say that we need to provide an objective marker modeled on a 40mmx40mm base. Are there any rules on what this marker is? Or does it not matter since it is just a marker? Can I just use, for example, a candy wrapper taped to a 40mmx40mm base?

In theory yes. Will your opponents look at you silly? Probably. Will the judges take a tick off your your theme? Maybe.

Most people try to make their markers blend into the theme of the army. It just makes more sense that way.
