Son of a Bitch! I have achieved virtually nothing this week other than giving my liver a thrashing.
But I have a whole free weekend to remedy that so the plan to have my whole army done a week before it hits the table isn't completely derailed.
Which means my plan to put together a display board to make sure I beat your soft score it still a go! :D

I made myself a painting checklist and I've just about crossed off everything. I've got orders coming in from Battlefoam, Games Workshop, and Midgard Models. I'm supplying two armies for the team tournament since a team member backed out and I brought in a friend who doesn't paint his models.

It is my first trip to Adepticon. Yes, I'm pumped.

You mean that huge winged-red thng with a massive axe and whip!?
You might as well bring your cat and have it proxy the daemon, let it run around the board and whatever it knocks over is dead. That's probably as much damage as that daemon does anyway.

Two weeks. I haven't actually worked on my army for almost three months...so I guess it's time to finish it off. Just a few banners, a few bases, gloss coat, dull coat, 'ard coat. Now just time to find the time....hmmm..

My cat is keeping a low profile. I am busy on that daemon trying for teh emergency repair. Has anyone seen the Ultraforge war daemon? It's awesome!

I have seen the Ultra Forge Demon. And, since I've found out my wholesale pricing on them...I've doubled my interest in ultraforge :)

Doubled I say.
"How many of the armies here were painted by you guys?"

And just in case if you run out of alcohol, we have a cash bar that will be open from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.

But it's a hotel bar, which means you're paying $8 for a budweiser, and heaven forbid if you want something drinkable.

I am so busy with this convention - I barely have time to say I am excited for it!

The hotel is fantastic. The tournaments are looking excellent. The prize support is through the roof. The seminars are top notch.

Registration Sheets and Badges are sitting on my desk right now after hours of data wrangling. I still have a list a mile long (not stuff to paint sadly)....back to it!

See you in a few days!
