addendum: and does a vehicle taken as a transport such as a valkyrie still take up FA slots or would it just count as a transport?

A transport.

I got a even wish for Fantasy side. I have been going to Acon for a couple years now and have played in the team tourny every year. I got friends that play in the 40k one and watch that and see all the fun that they have and the more compition they have with FOUR teammates. The FOUR man teams seems to be way more fun and competitive. I was hoping and wishing that the Fantasy team tourny could go to 4 man teams instead of 2.

I think this would be a nice addition, too.

Here here! I think the 4 man Fantasy teams would be a wonderful change. It seems like a lot greater team effort.

I find it to be a more fun challenge to have to learn to work with 3 other armies and players as opposed to just one more.

Hi Guys,

I am new to the forum and have a question. We are forming a team for 40k from Laramie WY and have guys that would like to use Death Korps of Krieg lists. Will the list be usable? We use it in the local tournaments in the WY, northern CO area. It would be cool to use them.

Thanks

Lord Kelith,
Rules should be out in the next couple of weeks. I'm just putting the finishing touches on them while in Stow, Ohio. They should be on their way for committee review within 48 hours - after that, they'll be available.

Historically, the only event at AdeptiCon that allowed FW army lists has been the Gladiator.

Hey, Thanks guys. I can not wait to come to Adepticon for the 1st time. I have been to Grand Tournaments and worked as a Komanndo at Games Days, but everyone tells me that Adepticon is the place to be!

Welcome,

Glad your making the trip. We are working hard this year to make sure AdeptiCon 2009 is the best one yet. The new venue is outstanding.

Webcart, Event Schedule and rules will be up first part of Nov. If you have any questions let us know!

Excellent! Can't wait to see the event rules. Adepticon has such prominance in the warhammer world that I'm sure the decisions you guys make on tournament set up and scenarios will set the tone for every non-GW event in 5th edition. (and if GW is smart, the official ones as well)
