Arbites Patrol #450

Postby EldarCorsair » Mon Jun 06, 2011 6:58 pm

FINALLY got around to painting these excellent old school GW Arbites figures. Believe it or not, they have been sitting in my drawer, primed, for almost 10 years now! These were some of the very first minis I ever bought way, way back in 1996.

The blue basecoat was laid down, zenithal-wise, with airbrush paint. Everything else is Reaper Pro Paints (which I'm becoming addicted to). This is also my first attempt at NMM...what do you think?

Nice job. I have a Sisters army made up of appropriately converted arbite models and love the way they look, though I don't have you're skill in painting.

Looks great. I'm with you on the love of Reaper paints. The yellows/gold of the shoulder eagles look awesome. I like the red accent on the guns as well.
