Can you even buy stuff like metal Mordor Trackers anymore? That's just dumb.

As long as they have them in stock. Yes. Luckily I'm covered. For now a mounted tracker can be represented by the plastic war riders with bow, but the dismounts would have to be trackers on foot.

Indy GTs (like Bilbo's Birthday Bash) don't have to follow those rules. I would allow this but would be judging theming closely and a good back-story would be needed to support it.

I dont think GW will ever run another tournament minus some sort of incarnation of throne of skulls, so no worries about using their tournament protocols.
