Dark Angels Warlord Traits

Hey Guys,

I was playing against a friend with a list he is testing. A rules wording issue came up. It was this: Sammael's warlord trait is number 5 in the Dark Angel's Book, "Rapid Maneuvers".

The Dark Angel Warlord Trait Rapid Maneuvers says (for reference): "Your warlord and his unit add +3" to their maximum move distance when they move Flat Out, Turbo-Boost, Run and make charge moves."

We agreeded to play it as it means that Sammy and his unit can move +3 but I don't think that's what it actually says. I think it says they add +3 to everything but normal movement. Notice the lack of a comma between move and Flat Out.

Any opinions?

Greg is right. They still move 12" and add 3" to any other type of movement.
